1. How do I order a container?
All you have to do is go through the catalogue, write down the codes, quantities, and material selection (where applicable), and fax the information to us at 310-324-9399. In return, we will send you an order confirmation stating the lead-time along with the total cost of your order. Once you have reviewed your order, make any necessary changes, sign your order and fax it back to us.
2. Can I choose what I put on my container?
Absolutely! Just tell us which and how many items you want.
3. What is the cost of a container?
Most 40ft containers cost between $9,000 and $10,000 and most 20ft containers cost between $6,000 and $8,000. The actual number varies according to the product mix in your container.
4. How many pieces will fit on a container?
Approximately 225 to 250 for a 40ft container and 100 to 125 for a 20ft container, depending on what pieces you choose.

8. Where do you currently ship?
We ship all over the world to countries like Canada, The Dominican Republic, Brazil, United Kingdom, Germany, and more.
9. How do you pack the container?
We use a three-step packing process. First, foam wrap, followed by single-sided corrugated cardboard.
10. How long will it take to get my container?
Most containers are shipped within 4 to 6 weeks after we have received a confirmed order. Then allow up to 4 weeks on the water depending on where in the world you are located.
11. Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit of $2000 is required for a 20 ft container and $4000 for a 40ft and a 40ft HC.
13. When do I have to pay for my container?
The net amount of the invoice is due 17 working days after the container is shipped from the factory. Please see the "Terms & Conditions" on our website.
14. What do I do if some of the items on the container arrive damaged?
Since every situation is different, each damage claim is handled on a case-by-case basis. In general, however, any manufacturing defect or damage that results from improper packing, and is in excess of 5% of the value of the shipment, is covered by the factory. 15. Are discounts available?
